FCS2 at the moment is the only editing system that has Native R3D support. It doesn't technically edit the 4k footage, it uses a sample instead. What you need to do with your "4k" edit is drag the EDL into Scratch conform the mofo and then pump out a pristine and beautiful 4k film.
Remember the key is to think in work flow. Red One is a godly little camera but she needs a good swagger of back up... Terra bytes of back.
